Alternative Minimum Calculation

      The AMC is a punitive tax, particularly for small businesses. If we are to create 560,000 new jobs to increase household incomes in Kentucky, then we need to attract businesses into the state, not drive them out. – Otis "Bullman" Hensley.

      I will eliminate the AMC. The people of Kentucky need jobs more than Frankfort needs money. Businesses are the engine that drives job creation. I will do whatever I can as Governor to help businesses create jobs.
